Installation method:

 

Tools and materials required:

• The Flowbar Grill.
•  Feeding box (plenum box) of it (in the supply) .
• Suitable screws and fasteners .
• Adhesive tape (for finishing work) .
• paste ( In the case of hidden finishing) (seamless).
• Measuring and cutting tools (scalpel, saw) .
• Screwdriver or electric drill .
• Sealant material (optional to prevent air leakage) .

 

Installation steps:

·         Determine the installation location according to the air conditioning plans.

·         Install the Plenum box (Plenum Box) above the plaster cast opening Using suspension poles Threaded Rods

• Connect the duct (DUCT) with a Plenum Pex Pal FLIEXEBLE DUCT.

• Install the plaster  By a gypsum specialist, with the location of the grill opening identified.
• Cut an opening in the gypsum ceiling with the same dimensions as the internal grille.  (inter Dimensions).
• Make sure the opening is perfectly straight and parallel to the plaster path. .

·         Prepare the grill for installation. .

·         Install the grill and secure it with the rear clips and tighten it with the long screws for securing grilles.

• Tighten the side screws to pull the grille towards the plenum and secure it firmly. .
• After completing all the installation steps for the entire system, turn on the air conditioner.
• Select the air and adjust the flow direction.
• Measure the air speed in FPM airflow  CFM
• Measure the air pressure  STATIC PRESSURE

• Adjust the airflow direction via the inner louver .
